
This was a suggestion by Ate Che that we all do as part of our New Year’s Resolution and we accepted the challenge.
So what is a Stairs Movement Challenge?
If you’re on your way to somewhere and you spot a stairs, use it! If you’re inside a mall and difficult to find them, use the escalators but don’t just stand and wait, instead treat it as a normal stairs.
Simple. Nope! It’s a daily sacrifice especially since our offices are at the 4th floor and Ate Che’s house is at 12th floor. So instead of crying over long stairs, We’re treating it as a daily exercise to strengthen our knees and ankles.
It’s a Movement because I was able to force encourage my officemates to do the same when we’re going out for lunch. However, they only lasted for a week! Haha
