P1500 per person was quite expensive but knowing that their promo might only come once, we gathered our stuff and headed for Imperial Palace Waterpark and Resort in Mactan.
The fact that the promo is inclusive of a lunch buffet did it for boyfie. He instantly jumped at the opportunity. Besides, I’ve also read good reviews about their food so it was as good as a go.
Boyfie and I had an awesome day at Imperial. We swam; tried out every waterpark there is – be it for kids or not; tried out every slide and enjoyed to our heart’s content.
Lunch was divine. The reviews were true. The food was delish. There may be a couple of dishes that were a little bland for our taste but the overall experience was definitely a good one.
Spending that much may come as impractical to some but to us, it was all worth it. If you think about money all the time, you fail to enjoy life’s pleasure. While we’re young, we want to enjoy as much as we can.
Boyfie and I got to experience one day in a rich man’s life. We got to feel how it is to not give a care in the world and treat your selves to a grand, royal and lavish treatment. Imperial Palace gave us that chance. We don’t regret any of it. To us, it was an adventure for keeps.
