Boyfie-Girlfie’s Spa Date: Ganbanyuko

Last Saturday, Boyfie and I went on a spa date. I introduced him to Ganbanyuko/ Stone bath. I tried this way back in December and wanted him to try it out too. Turned out he liked it. Yay for that. (clap)

Ganbanyuko is a new healthy way of relaxation. You lie on heated stone slabs which are made of black stone silica, white silica and tenshoseki. The room’s temperature is kept at 40-50 degrees celsius and are attained by the steam from the boiling water underneath the stone slabs. Once the stones are heated, they emit negative ions and far infrared rays that can be good for you.

Negative ions are believed to help break down toxins, increase levels of serotonin, boost our daytime energy and relieve stress.

Far Infrared rays, on the other hand, helps improve blood circulation, helps eliminate waste and speeds up the body’s metabolism rate.

Here are some of the benefits of Ganbanyuko:

  • Anti-ageing
  • Diet-free Weight Loss
  • Natural Deodorizing
  • Medical Miracles
  1. It alleviates symptoms for high blood pressure, diabetes and contact dermatitis.
  2. It is also used to treat drug dependency, stroke patients, migraine, insomnia and improve the odds against infertility in women.

Try it out sometime. You might like it too. ;)
